About

I have had a camera in my hand since the late 80s, starting my career using photography to share the stories of people displaced from their homes in conflict zones throughout East and Northern Africa. After more than one close encounter with wildlife that looked really cute from a distance, I returned to Australia and turned my attention to landscape photography.

Obsessed with light and the ever-changing colour of the ocean, my joy is finding ‘undiscovered’ places to shoot in my own backyard here in Sydney, Australia. Story-telling and photography go hand in hand for me; the most beautiful images are the ones that evoke a sense of wonder in all who see it. The desire to capture that elusive shot inspires me to continue the journey. I write stories to accompany my photos - a camera and a notepad are two things I am never without!

Thanks for coming along for the ride,
